Hi, I’m Krti
International best-selling author, speaker, and transformation coach empowering ambitious individuals to break free from burnout and reconnect with their purpose.
My mission is to guide people back to themselves—beyond the roles, the pressure, and the expectations—so they can live and lead from a place of clarity, compassion, and wholeness.
When I stepped off a plane in Canada at eleven years old, I had no idea how deeply that moment would shape my life’s purpose. As the daughter of immigrants, I quickly learned what it meant to feel out of place—classmates mocked my accent, questioned my clothes, my lunch, my very being. “Work harder,” my parents would say. “You must be twice as good.”
And so I did.
This drive propelled me forward: I became a two-time NSERC Scholar co-authoring groundbreaking research published in peer-reviewed journals, earned recognition with the University of Alberta Leadership Award and Millennium Excellence Award from the Governor General of Canada.
Yet beneath these accolades—the Executive MBA, the Bachelor of Science with Psychology minor, the healthcare leadership in Process Excellence—something was missing. It was motherhood that finally shattered my perfectionism.
Trying to excel in every role left me exhausted and disconnected from myself. In that breakdown came my breakthrough: true fulfillment isn’t about meeting others’ expectations—it’s about genuine living.
This revelation became Redesign to Realign, both my book and the philosophy that guides my work today. Drawing from my extensive professional background and personal journey, I help overwhelmed professionals and parents discover that alignment isn’t about perfection—it’s about honoring your whole story.
Through speaking engagements, workshops, and coaching, I create safe spaces where transformation begins with self-acceptance. My work integrates scientific precision with heartfelt vulnerability, offering practical strategies for those ready to move beyond perfectionism toward purposeful living.
Because your most powerful asset isn’t what you achieve—it’s the courage to show up as exactly who you are.

“We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are.”
