Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online calendar. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with scheduling instructions. Please note the following: • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeited session. • No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. • Session Expiry: All sessions in your package must be used within 90 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. • Lateness: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client.
